30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund. If Serucell isn’t right for you, we’ll make it right.
After 30 days, we’re unable to issue refunds.

How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received and processed it.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item.
