Where Science Meets Beauty
Our story started 5 years ago in a private lab in West Virginia. Our founders are a talented team of physicians and bio-cellular research scientists that are continuing to build on the innovative work of Dr. Walter Neto, whose dedicated research in skin health and cellular regeneration, led to the ground breaking discovery of KFS Cellular Protein Complex and the start of SERUCELL.
Dr. Walter Neto, M.D.
Serucell Chief Science Officer
Dr. Walter Neto, M.D., co-founder of Serucell Corporation, is both a physician and a research scientist, specializing in the field of regenerative medicine with an emphasis on skin healing and repair. Originally from Brazil, Dr. Neto studied at Saint Matthew’s University and completed his clinical training in England. Dr. Neto’s clinical research on stem-cell cancer therapies, bone and tissue engineering, and wound and burn healing led to his breakthrough discovery in cell-to-cell communication—and ultimately the creation of Serucell’s KFS Cellular Protein Complex Serum.
A thought leader in the field of cell communication, Dr. Neto received multiple patents for the production method of Serucell KFS® (Keratinocyte Fibroblast Serum). Serucell’s formula remains the only skincare product that harnesses the power of cellular communication between keratinocytes and fibroblasts, supporting natural rejuvenation of aging skin from the inside out.
